Capacity: The evaporative capacity is 35-40 kg/h.
Specification: The feed to be concentrated is pumped through a pre-heater to the top of the calandria. The calandria has a total heating surface of 1.5 m2. The concentrated liquid is recirculated to the top of the calandria where it is mixed with the feed added. The liquid in its final concentration is pumped from the plant. The condenser is cooled by tap water. Condensate and incondensable vapours are evacuated from the plant by a vacuum pump.
