Niro Fluid Bed processing involves drying, cooling, agglomeration
and granulation of particulate materials.
The Fluid Bed is ideal for a
wide range of heat sensitive and non-heat sensitive products. In the fluid beds
heat may be supplied by either fluidization gas, heating panels or tubes
immersed in the fluidized product layer. Continuous processing systems are
designed to operate in open cycle involving water evaporation - or closed cycle
- involving mostly organic solvent evaporation.
