In a job at Niro, you can make every day count, by working in a professional environment where we always strive for the best. You can explore a variety of different career paths and take on all the responsibility you can handle. You also have the opportunity to work and travel internationally.
With corporate offices located in Søborg, Denmark, Niro has subsidiaries and representatives in more than 50 countries. In Søborg, about 450 employees are engaged in the design, engineering, and sales of processing plants. Approximately 40% of our employees have an engineering background.
If you have a degree in engineering or a similar field, whether your interests are within sales, R&D, project management or project execution, Niro offers you a wide range of challenging positions.
In sales, you’ll be working with our customers to assess their needs and help develop the right solutions for them, and you will be involved in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and closing the sale. Working with project management, you will be responsible for the full project scope, from when the contract is signed, and until the plant is handed over to the customer. Being the main point of contact to the customer, your responsibility includes internal coordination, resource allocation and budgets.
You can also work at our International Test Centre, where you’ll be conducting product and process tests in close cooperation with customers from all over the world. Another possibility is to work with component design. In this function your task will be to develop our plants’ and components’ design and to ensure that they meet the highest requirements in terms of productivity, plant safety, environmental compliance, and product regulation.
We also employ a great number of professionals within accounting, finance, HR, marketing and other support functions, so if you are looking for a career within these disciplines, Niro could be the place for you.
