Liquid Jet Solids Pumps, also called eductors, employ a
liquid, very often water, as the motive medium to entrain a solid medium which
it intimately mixed with the motive stream. These unit are regularly used to
convey the likes of GAC or Ion exchange resins, or on dosing duties where a
slurry needs to be created, or a solid medium must to be added to a liquid
stream.
