Niro A/S has developed a new spray dryer type – the Integrated Filter
Dryer, IFD™ - to improve plant design, product quality, environmental
aspects, space requirements, and energy consumption. It is a fully equipped,
modern spray dryer with integrated CIP-able filters and an integrated fluid
bed.
The plant, which is installed at the Danish/Swedish dairy company
Arla Foods, Videbaek, Denmark, has been tested and fully approved. The dryer
produce realistic, flexible, and cost-effective trials at customers’
convenience.
The dryer enables you to make smaller scale tests under
conditions identical to an industrial production. Max. water evaporative
capacity, 300 kg/h.
