We wish to inform you of 2 important changes to our company and UK
organisational structure.
As you may
have read in the press recently, with the divestment of its chemical interests
our parent company has changed its name from mg technologies AG to GEA Group
AG. This is an abbreviation for Global Engineering Alliance in order to reflect
the company’s clear focus on global engineering excellence.
At the same time, our Process Engineering
Division has initiated a strategy of moving to one main legal entity in each
geographical area, and in line with this strategy GEA Process Engineering Ltd
has been established in the UK.
The
new company will include the businesses of Niro Ltd and Tuchenhagen UK Ltd
which will become divisions of the new company and will continue to operate as
autonomous units with their existing management structures at their existing
locations.
As from 1st October 2005
therefore, as result of this change in organisational structure:
All orders should be raised in the name
of GEA Process Engineering Ltd.
Invoices issued by the company, on new and existing contracts
will be in the name of GEA Process Engineering Ltd and not Niro Ltd.
Invoices issued by Suppliers should be in
the name of GEA Process Engineering Ltd bearing the original Niro Ltd order
number.
Our VAT number has changed to
GB 298 7688 65.
