SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Niro provides comprehensive service agreements to its customers by offering process performance reviews of the plants to ensure optimum operation of the equipment along with the routine service of plant components in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Our engineers carry out both field and in house repair and maintenance services including the repair and upgrading of rotary atomizers. In addition our atomizer workshop in Copenhagen offers specialist services including the atomizer wheel safety programme, where atomizer wheels are tested for surface cracks or other signs of stress, corrosion or fatigue in accordance with the US ASTM Standard E165-80 as well as the German DIN Standard 54152.
SPARE PARTS
Our experienced customer service personnel can identify and source original spare parts for all equipment within our delivery programme, including items of our own manufacture and those from sub suppliers.
PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY REVIEW
In order to maintain optimal plant performance our process specialists undertake a survey of your equipment to ensure it is performing in accordance with the original specification. Advice is given on possible plant improvements or modification to perform a different duty. At the same time plant safety is reviewed in light of current experience and legislation.
